Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers to common questions about our factory capabilities, custom ordering process, quality control, and global logistics.

About Cabinetry Manufacturing

What manufacturing equipment do you operate in your plants?
We operate Italian Cefla automated spray coating finishing lines, Homag computer-controlled CNC routers, high-frequency pneumatic door assembly clamping machines, heavy-duty UV vacuum line coaters, and precision double-end tenoners for dovetail joinery.
What is your production facility size and workforce capacity?
Our manufacturing footprint spans over 60,000 square meters across multiple specialized workshop divisions with more than 1,000 skilled carpenters, CNC technicians, quality auditors, and dedicated project engineering staff.
Do you support both face frame and frameless cabinet builds?
Yes. We manufacture traditional 3/4” solid wood American face-frame cabinets (inset, partial overlay, full overlay) as well as contemporary European full-access frameless box construction with melamine, PET, or high-gloss acrylic finishes.

About Orders & Commercial Terms

What is the standard production lead time for full container orders?
Standard lead time is approximately 35 to 45 business days upon deposit receipt and final sign-off on shop drawings and finish strike-offs. Fast-track scheduling is available for repeat contractor programs.
What payment terms do you accommodate for international clients?
Our standard commercial term is 30% T/T deposit upon order confirmation and the 70% balance payable against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L). Irrevocable Letters of Credit (L/C at sight) are also accepted for large multi-unit project tenders.
Can we request custom private-label packaging and barcoding?
Absolutely. We provide full OEM private-label branding, customized master carton printing with your brand logo, item numbers, room labels, QR codes, and custom assembly instruction manuals inside each box.

About Quality Assurance & Testing

How do you guarantee consistent paint color across different production batches?
Every paint batch is analyzed using computerized spectrophotometers under standard D65 daylight inspection booths. Master color swatches are cataloged with tight delta-E tolerance limits (ΔE < 0.5) to prevent any visible shade variation across recurring project phases.
What environmental and timber emission standards do your materials meet?
All plywood and composite core panels strictly comply with US EPA TSCA Title VI, CARB Phase 2, and FSC sustainable forestry certification. All topcoats and stains are low-VOC and meet KCMA durability performance benchmarks.

About After-Sales Service & Replacements

What is your warranty and replacement policy for transit or factory defects?
If any component is verified to have manufacturing defects or transit damage due to packaging, Musen will produce and air-express or container-ship replacement parts free of charge immediately without disrupting your jobsite installation schedule.
